In 1965, technology institutes were established based on license of Ministry of Culture and Higher Education (Former) with a specific Articles of Association to graduate technicians with Associate’s Degree. In 2005, Technical & Vocational Teacher Training Centers under coverage of Higher Technical & Vocational Schools Affairs Office of Ministry of Education commenced their activity. Main activity of this university is currently in Associate’s Program and the goal is to train technicians. Of course in some centers of this university there are continuous and discontinuous bachelor’s programs.
